We understand that sometimes a package arrives and it’s not quite what you’re after. That’s why you can return any item from Pregnancy and Baby.
There are a few simple conditions:
- All exchanges must be authorized within seven (7) days or the original receipt of delivery.
- Merchandise must be Unopened / Unused and Unwashed and free from any lotions, oils etc.
- All tags and hang tags must me attached.
- Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned.
- All goods must be in their original condition and free from damage and any signs of wear including creases, stretching, pet hair, dirt, marks or any other visible signs of usage.
- And bands returned damaged and/or worn will be denied an exchange and returned to you at your expense.
- All authorized transactions will be credited to the original payment method used, less the original shipping and handling fees charged to you. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

Please contact us at email@example.com or call us on 1800 506 750 to organise a return authorization.
One you have the authority to return your product, please send a package containing the returned item and a letter containing:
- Order number
- Name of product being returned
- Daytime Phone number
- Your name and address
- The reason for returning the product (we value your feedback)

If you wish to swap your product for a different size or something else from our store, the same conditions apply as above. Please send your original product to the address above.
Please note: You are required to include a pre-paid, self-addressed bag (with tracking number is preferable) along with your name, contact number and the product that you wish to exchange it for. We will then ship your new product out as soon as we receive it.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you return an item to us and it does not reach us, we do not take responsibility for this. We recommend using Registered Post or a similar service to avoid this.
